Was home with my son today taking a vacation day so he kept me pretty busy.
When I finally got to have lunch when he napped I had lots of water. More and more and am starting to miss soda a little less. Of course, when I have certain foods... pizza, Chinese, I think about a nice cold Coke. So far, I have resisted.
I bring up pizza cause that is what we had for dinner. Had a couple glasses of ice water and it was actually refreshing.
More water before bed and end up crashing on the couch watching TV.
