It has been over two weeks since I posted on here. I still have yet to have any soda. Not even a sip of it.
I plan on keeping notes on here periodically now. It has become very hard to keep up with doing this everyday but I will try to do it as often as I can. Probably, when I have something interesting to say other than what I ate and drank for the day.
I am still highly dependent on my daily coffee. My diet is still pretty bad but I am going to be changing that very soon. My wife said if I plan out the meals and buy the food for it she will cook whatever I want. We'll see how that goes.

Day 48
Up early to do my Cardio workout. I also got out of the house early. Got my morning coffee like normal once I got to work.
I was extra thirsty from the cardio workout so I drank a few glasses of water.
Later for lunch I was in the mood for something other than water so I had unsweetened ice tea (no sugar added to it either).
At home I had water with dinner and more water before bed.

Day 47
Woke up early to do my Legs & Back workout, drank a lot of water during the routine.
We made a big breakfast with eggs, skillet potatoes and toast. I had a glass of milk and then some juice.
We had a baptism to go to later in the morning. Afterward, at the luncheon I had a couple of glasses of iced tea with some sugar packets. Then just water with the meal.
We ate a very light soup and chips dinner later on in the evening. I had some more water with dinner.

Day 46
Got up early to do my Yoga X routine. Josh actually came down with me for a little bit. We had a lot of cleaning up still to do before our friends were supposed to visit.
I had a cup of coffee after working out and then some juice.
Had a glass or two of water as we continued to clean up.
The weather was really nasty so our friends that were supposed to come over decided to do it another night.
We ended up having soup and crackers... I had some more water.
Had a glass of the V8 juice and then some more water before bed.

Day 45
Got up at 5:45 and got right in the shower. I had to get Josh ready and then get Erin money at Wawa so I got myself one a Mocha Wake up coffee. I hadn't had one in awhile and it was very good.
I had a lot of water when I got to work. Around 9:30 we had a going away breakfast for someone that was retiring. She has been with the company for 40 years so they had a big send off. I had orange juice with the food.
I had more water during the day as well as with the turkey sandwich and macaroni salad I brought with me for lunch.
A few more cups of water during the afternoon. The macaroni salad made me pretty thirsty.
Erin was going out with her mom tonight so I had some soup and chips for dinner. Drank more water with my meal.
Josh went to be at 9 on the dot and I ended up tidying up around the house most of the night and drink water along the way. I actually mixed in a little bit of the V8 fruit juice. If you water it down it still is pretty good.
Day 44
Woke up a little after 5 and did my cardio program for P90X. It is pretty intense so I drank a full water bottle of ice water as I did the routine and then had a little juice before I left for work.
I was extremly thristy when I got to work and had 3 or 4 cups of water right in a row.
I had cup of cofee around 10 am which actually very good.
I drank water throughout the day, including with lunch. I had a tuna melt. It made me thirsty again so I made a few more trips to the water cooler.
We had roast beef for dinner and I just drank more water.
I had my weight routine tonight and drank the normal amount of water... I was extra thirsty after the ab workout. Ende up passing out again on the couch... I really need to run right up to the shower when I am done. My wife said I was stinky cause I just brused my teeth and got in bed.

Day 43
Got to work a little later than usual but held off having coffee until almost lunchtime. I drank water instead.
Drank some more water with my lunch (a Hot Pocket pizza). It was actually very good but not tremendously filling.
I felt like I needed something else to eat but i resisted. I just kept drinking water and it made me feel okay.
We didn't eat dinner until very late because Erin's visit for the baby took way longer than is should have. So we ended up eating after 8... leftover pizza and wings. I drank water with dinner but later had a beer with Uncle Dave. I ended up passing out on the couch until 1:00. I didn't workout so I didn't drink anymore water.
