Up early to do my Cardio workout. I also got out of the house early. Got my morning coffee like normal once I got to work.
I was extra thirsty from the cardio workout so I drank a few glasses of water.
Later for lunch I was in the mood for something other than water so I had unsweetened ice tea (no sugar added to it either).
At home I had water with dinner and more water before bed.
