Day 35

Today is going to be my first workout day. Trying not to eat or drink anything crazy.

I did my normal routine and had my cup of coffee when I got to work.

Had my typical water with lunch and more cups of water throughout the day. I think my body is getting used to be hydrated. I notice that if I got a few hours without having any I get very thirsty like my body is off balance.

My wife went to grocery and got all bunch of stuff including some fried chicken and cole slaw for dinner. Probably not the best thing for me but she loves to get me stuff I like. Dinner was really good but I tried not to overeat since I knew I would be working out later.

I went through two water bottles full of water during my first workout routine on P90X. It was the Chest and Back routine and it kicked my butt. I made sure to stay hydrated though and ultimately survived.

Got to bed way to late though... and had some more water after my shower. Felt good to go to bed completely clean.
