My day working from home started with coffee and a bagel (from Erin's trip to the grocery yesterday). I tried not to lather it up with too much cream cheese. At work they have those individual containers so it is built-in portion control.
I was extra thirsty during the day and I drank a lot of water. It ends up it is a good thing because I sweat like crazy later during my workout routine.
We had Uncle Dave over for dinner like most Wednesdays and we made a really good Orange Pecan Chicken Salad. We also had soup and bread. I tried to resist eating to much cause my workout tonight is cardio based.
During the workout I drank a lot of water again (as instructed).
Before bed I had a banana and more water. I figured the banana would help prevent my previously unused muscles from cramping up overnight :)
