I had a cup of coffee for in the morning and a bagel that my wife gave me because I threw out her little cream cheese.
I had about 3 glasses of water before lunch. I think my body is craving fluids after the Cardio workout I did last night.
Just had a small glass of water at lunch. I went out to Panera with my friend James. I was disappointed because they cashier asked him if he wanted to upgrade his baked potato soup for a dollar to a large size but my person didn't ask me. I was jealous of his bigger soup!
Tonight I had my arms and shoulders workout. I am so sore but my wife is not very sympathetic :). I wonder if drinking a ton of water will help with that?
Had some more water before crashing in bed. I was so exhausted I didn't even shower (yuck!).
