Got to work today and had my normal cup of coffee. Used low fat milk instead of whole milk.
For lunch I had a left over buffalo wings from the other night. I was really thirsty so I had a few glass of water.
Drank a few more glasses of water throughout the course of the day. I wanted to make sure I was hydrated before my Chest and Back workout tonight. I thought it could help my arms from being as sore as they were last time.
My wife made a surprise dinner. It was something I really like... cheese steaks and she got some onion rings to go with it. Yes, not the most healthy thing in the world but my diet is going to be very hard to change. I also had a beer after dinner and then drank water leading up my weight routine at night.
I felt pretty good during the workout and also drank more water during it (my son kept taking sips of it too!). I was exhausted when I was done and after I cleaned up the kitchen I tried to watch TV (with a little water) but ended up passing out on the couch til 1 AM.
Then finished the water next to me and went to bed.
